Terms of Service

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the use of SEO services provided by Ranks Wolf LLC, via the website https://rankswolf.com.

  2. These terms form an integral part of any agreement concluded between Ranks Wolf and the Client.

  3. By placing an order and making payment via a Stripe link provided by Ranks Wolf, the Client fully accepts these Terms of Service.

§2. Scope and Nature of the Service

  1. Ranks Wolf provides website SEO services focused primarily on Google, including:

    • keyword research,

    • technical website optimization (on-site SEO),

    • external link-building strategies (off-site SEO),

    • backlink profile building,

    • SEO consulting and reporting.

  2. The scope of activities is customized to the client’s industry, website condition, and available resources.

  3. Detailed techniques and sources are not disclosed to the Client as they constitute proprietary know-how.

  4. The SEO service is provided continuously for the entire duration of the agreement.

§3. Duration and Terms of Cooperation

  1. The Client pays upfront for a 3-month SEO service package.

  2. After this initial period, the agreement automatically renews as an open-ended contract with a 1-month notice period, effective at the end of the calendar month.

  3. If the Client terminates the service during the first 3 months, no refunds will be issued.

§4. Payment Terms

  1. All payments are made securely through Stripe via a dedicated link provided by Ranks Wolf.

  2. Prices are quoted in USD and may include VAT if applicable.

  3. Services are rendered only after full payment has been received.

  4. The Client will receive an invoice in digital format following payment.

§5. Client Obligations

  1. Within 3 business days of payment, the Client must provide:

    • access to their website’s CMS (e.g., WordPress),

    • access to Google Analytics (if applicable),

    • access to Google Search Console (if applicable).

  2. Failure to deliver these credentials may delay or prevent service delivery, without the right to claim a refund.

§6. No Guarantee – Limitation of Liability

  1. Ranks Wolf performs services with professional diligence using up-to-date knowledge and tools.

  2. The Client understands that SEO is a long-term process, and results such as ranking improvements depend on various external factors (e.g., Google’s algorithm, market competition).

  3. Ranks Wolf does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as first-page rankings or top positions.

  4. Ranks Wolf is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the implementation of SEO recommendations or lack thereof.

§7. Refund Policy

  1. Due to the custom and digital nature of the services provided, no refunds are offered.

  2. By making payment, the Client agrees to immediate service delivery and waives their right to withdraw from the contract under applicable distance selling laws.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. Ranks Wolf reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.

  2. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

  3. Any disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction over Ranks Wolf’s registered office.
